We have never had such a spectacular Fender Custom Shop. To celebrate our twenty years selling bass we decided to order Fender a couple of very specific models of Precision Bass. The first that we have received this fabulous P-Bass in Orange Sparkle colour. Based on the '59 model, we have added a body of roasted alder and a roasted flamed maple AAA grade. This process involves heating wood under controlled conditions, often vacuum, to remove moisture and volatile compounds such as sugars and resins by modifying the wood to improve its sound and structural qualities. This process results in a wood that is more stable, resistant to climate changes and exhibits greater clarity, resonance and separation between the notes giving them a unique sustain and definition.
The chosen tablet is a Hand-wound '62 P-Bass® from Custom Shop that provides all the tone and punch you would expect from a Precision Bass.
Other features include a 7.25" radius, 20 medium jumbo frets (narrow tall 6150), vintage-style bridge with threaded steel saddles, vintage-style tuning pins, bone cejuela, hard case, strap and certificate of authenticity.
It's the most beautiful and spectacular thing we've had from Fender, if and not it's just beautiful, it sounds like no other.
